THE PERFORMER
Summary
The Performer II* measures behavioral traits as wall as the individual's math skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. It also includes numerical and perceptive assessment to determine the accuracy of an individual in identifying matching numbers, symbols and signs.
Who is it for?
The Performer II* is available in two versions:
The Customer Service Performer II* is for customer service oriented jobs in hospitality, retail, food service, etc.
The Production Performer II* is for distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, trucking, and delivery type personnel
How long does it take to complete?
Approximately 35-40 minutes to complete
Timing can be reduced or varied depending on desired customization.

What’s on the Report?
Narrative segment - each aptitude and personality dimension being assessed for the role and how the individual has scored in each, compared to the job.
Pictorial analysis - compares the individual's scores to the desirable benchmarks established for the job. These benchmarks may be derived based on a company’s own successful people in the job, or based on the job description or similar technical oriented roles in Candidate Resources' database of people who are successful in those similar jobs.
*Performer I is also available and includes Direct admissions questions regarding prior drugs, alcohol, and theft on the job.
